نطاق الوحدات وحدودها (الشروط والأحكام)
1. وحدة الموقع الإلكتروني والتجارة الإلكترونية (B2C)
1.1 الميزات المشمولة
توفر وحدة الموقع الإلكتروني والتجارة الإلكترونية وظائف متجر إلكتروني قياسية بنظام البيع المباشر للمستهلك (B2C) لنشاط تجاري واحد، وتشمل ما يلي:
- عرض المنتجات مع التصنيفات والأسعار والصور والوصف
- سلة التسوق وإتمام عملية الشراء
- إدارة الطلبات عبر الإنترنت
- حسابات العملاء وسجل الطلبات
- أدوات ترويجية أساسية (الخصومات والكوبونات)
- تصميم موقع متجاوب مع الأجهزة المحمولة باستخدام القوالب القياسية
- التكامل مع وحدتي المخزون والمبيعات في النظام
- التكامل مع بوابات الدفع المحلية المعتمدة
- تتبع حالة الطلب
1.2 الميزات غير المشمولة
لا تشمل هذه الوحدة ما يلي:
- نظام السوق الإلكتروني متعدد البائعين (Marketplace)
- تسجيل البائعين أو لوحات تحكم خاصة بهم أو إدارة العمولات
- إدارة مواقع متعددة أو أنشطة تجارية متعددة ضمن نفس المنصة
- الخدمات اللوجستية المتقدمة الخاصة بالأسواق الإلكترونية أو إدارة المدفوعات الآلية للبائعين
- تصميم موقع مخصص خارج نطاق القوالب القياسية
1.3 الفئة المستهدفة
هذه الوحدة مخصصة لـ:
- متاجر التجزئة
- المطاعم التي تقدم الطلب عبر الإنترنت
- الأنشطة الخدمية التي تبيع منتجات
- الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة التي تبيع مباشرة للعملاء (B2C)
2. وحدة نقاط البيع (POS)
2.1 الميزات المشمولة
تشمل وحدة نقاط البيع ما يلي:
- واجهة نقاط بيع داخل المتجر
- البحث عن المنتجات ومسح الباركود
- الدفع النقدي ووسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المعتمدة
- إصدار الإيصالات
- مزامنة المخزون بشكل فوري
- التحكم في صلاحيات الموظفين
- تقارير مبيعات يومية أساسية
- دعم فرع واحد أو عدة فروع (حسب خطة الاشتراك)
2.2 الميزات غير المشمولة
لا تشمل هذه الوحدة ما يلي:
- إدارة الطاولات المتقدمة للمطاعم ما لم يتم تفعيل إضافة المطاعم
- التكامل مع منصات التوصيل الخارجية
- توفير أو توريد الأجهزة (الطابعات، قارئات الباركود، أجهزة نقاط البيع)
- تقارير وتحليلات معقدة على مستوى الامتيازات أو السلاسل الكبيرة
2.3 الفئة المستهدفة
هذه الوحدة مخصصة لـ:
- متاجر التجزئة
- المقاهي والمطاعم
- الأنشطة الخدمية التي تستقبل عملاء بالحضور الشخصي
3. وحدة المخزون
2.1 الميزات المشمولة
تشمل وحدة نقاط البيع ما يلي:
- واجهة نقاط بيع داخل المتجر
- البحث عن المنتجات ومسح الباركود
- الدفع النقدي ووسائل الدفع الإلكترونية المعتمدة
- إصدار الإيصالات
- مزامنة المخزون بشكل فوري
- التحكم في صلاحيات الموظفين
- تقارير مبيعات يومية أساسية
- دعم فرع واحد أو عدة فروع (حسب خطة الاشتراك)
2.2 الميزات غير المشمولة
لا تشمل هذه الوحدة ما يلي:
- إدارة الطاولات المتقدمة للمطاعم ما لم يتم تفعيل إضافة المطاعم
- التكامل مع منصات التوصيل الخارجية
- توفير أو توريد الأجهزة (الطابعات، قارئات الباركود، أجهزة نقاط البيع)
- تقارير وتحليلات معقدة على مستوى الامتيازات أو السلاسل الكبيرة
2.3 الفئة المستهدفة
هذه الوحدة مخصصة لـ:
- متاجر التجزئة
- المقاهي والمطاعم
- الأنشطة الخدمية التي تستقبل عملاء بالحضور الشخصي
4. وحدة المبيعات والفوترة
4.1 الميزات المشمولة
تشمل وحدة المبيعات والفوترة ما يلي:
- إدارة العملاء
- عروض الأسعار وإصدار الفواتير
- الفوترة الإلكترونية (حيثما يقتضي القانون)
- تتبع المدفوعات
- تقارير المبيعات
- التكامل مع وحدتي المحاسبة والمخزون
4.2 الميزات غير المشمولة
لا تشمل هذه الوحدة ما يلي:
- أنظمة فوترة مؤسسية معقدة
- فوترة الاشتراكات ما لم يتم تفعيلها بشكل منفصل
- فوترة الكيانات أو الشركات التابعة المتعددة
4.3 الفئة المستهدفة
هذه الوحدة مخصصة للشركات بنظام B2B وB2C، ومقدمي الخدمات، والتجار.
5. Accounting & Reports Module
5.1 Included Features
The Accounting & Reports Module includes:
- Income and expense tracking
- Standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Standard chart of accounts
- Integration with sales, POS, and expense modules
5.2 Excluded Features

- External audit services
- Advanced corporate accounting or consolidation
- Tax consultancy or advisory services
- Full CFO or financial management services
5.3 Intended Users
This module is intended for SMEs seeking financial visibility and business owners.
6. HR & Attendance Module
6.1 Included Features
The HR & Attendance Module includes:
- Employee records management
- Attendance tracking
- Working schedules
- Leave management
- Basic payroll calculations
6.2 Excluded Features

- Complex payroll compliance outside supported countries
- Government or regulatory integrations unless explicitly stated
- Advanced HR analytics and workforce intelligence tools
6.3 Intended Users
This module is intended for businesses with employees, including retail, restaurants, and office-based organizations.
7. Mobile App Module
7.1 Included Features
The Mobile App Module includes:
- Mobile access for business owners and managers
- Real-time dashboards for sales, expenses, and profitability
- Order and sales monitoring
- Notifications and alerts
- Secure business-specific login
7.2 Excluded Features
لا تشمل هذه الوحدة ما يلي:
- Full system configuration capabilities
- Developer or administrator-level system setup
- Marketplace vendor access
7.3 Intended Users
This module is intended for business owners and managers who require remote system visibility.
8. General Limitation Clause (IMPORTANT)
Each module provides standard functionality as described above. Advanced features, customizations, integrations, or marketplace capabilities are available as separate add-ons or custom projects and are subject to additional fees and separate agreements.
9. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
Raqmia Technologies commits to providing the cloud system with a targeted annual uptime of 99%, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or outages beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to issues related to hosting providers, internet service providers, or payment gateway providers.
The Company may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice; however, reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers in advance for planned maintenance.
The Company shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by third-party providers or improper use of the system by the Customer.
10. Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.
Raqmia Technologies shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits or revenues
Loss of data caused by user errors or third parties
Business interruption or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any legal liabilities arising from the Customer’s use of the system or non-compliance with local laws and regulations
In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer during the last twelve (12) months.
11. Warranty Limitations
Raqmia Technologies does not warrant that the system will be error-free, suitable for all purposes, or compliant with all local laws and regulations unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.
Warranties do not cover any customizations, add-ons, or integrations performed by third parties or requested by the Customer outside the standard service scope.
