Module Scope & Limitations (Terms & Conditions)

1. Website & eCommerce Module (B2C)

1.1 Included Features

The Website & eCommerce Module provides standard B2C online store functionality for a single business, including:

  • Product listing with categories, pricing, images, and descriptions
  • Shopping cart and checkout functionality
  • Online order management
  • Customer accounts and order history
  • Basic promotional tools (discounts and coupons)
  • Mobile-responsive website design using standard templates
  • Integration with Systemy Inventory and Sales modules
  • Integration with supported local payment gateways
  • Order status tracking

1.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Marketplace functionality for multiple vendors or sellers
  • Vendor onboarding, vendor dashboards, or commission management
  • Multi-store or multi-business website management
  • Advanced marketplace logistics or automated payout handling
  • Custom website design beyond standard templates

1.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for:

  • Retail stores
  • Restaurants offering online ordering
  • Service-based businesses selling products
  • Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) selling directly to customers (B2C)

2. Point of Sale (POS) Module

2.1 Included Features

The POS Module includes:

  • In-store POS interface
  • Product search and barcode scanning
  • Cash and supported electronic payment methods
  • Receipt generation
  • Real-time inventory synchronization
  • Staff-level access control and permissions
  • Basic daily sales reports
  • Support for single or multiple branches (subject to subscription plan)

2.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Advanced restaurant table management unless the restaurant add-on is enabled
  • Delivery marketplace integrations
  • Hardware procurement (printers, barcode scanners, POS terminals)
  • Complex franchise-level reporting and analytics

2.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for:

  • Retail stores
  • Cafes and restaurants
  • Service businesses with walk-in customers

3. Inventory Module

2.1 Included Features

The POS Module includes:

  • In-store POS interface
  • Product search and barcode scanning
  • Cash and supported electronic payment methods
  • Receipt generation
  • Real-time inventory synchronization
  • Staff-level access control and permissions
  • Basic daily sales reports
  • Support for single or multiple branches (subject to subscription plan)

2.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Advanced restaurant table management unless the restaurant add-on is enabled
  • Delivery marketplace integrations
  • Hardware procurement (printers, barcode scanners, POS terminals)
  • Complex franchise-level reporting and analytics

4. Sales & Invoicing Module

4.1 Included Features

The Sales & Invoicing Module includes:

  • Customer management
  • Sales quotations and invoicing
  • Electronic invoicing (where legally applicable)
  • Payment tracking
  • Sales reports
  • Integration with accounting and inventory modules

4.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Complex enterprise billing workflows
  • Subscription billing unless separately enabled
  • Multi-entity or group company invoicing

4.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for B2B and B2C businesses, service providers, and traders.

5. Accounting & Reports Module

5.1 Included Features

The Accounting & Reports Module includes:

  • Income and expense tracking
  • Standard financial reports (Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
  • Standard chart of accounts
  • Integration with sales, POS, and expense modules

5.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • External audit services
  • Advanced corporate accounting or consolidation
  • Tax consultancy or advisory services
  • Full CFO or financial management services

5.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for SMEs seeking financial visibility and business owners.

6. HR & Attendance Module

6.1 Included Features

The HR & Attendance Module includes:

  • Employee records management
  • Attendance tracking
  • Working schedules
  • Leave management
  • Basic payroll calculations

6.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Complex payroll compliance outside supported countries
  • Government or regulatory integrations unless explicitly stated
  • Advanced HR analytics and workforce intelligence tools

6.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for businesses with employees, including retail, restaurants, and office-based organizations.

7. Mobile App Module  

7.1 Included Features

The Mobile App Module includes:

  • Mobile access for business owners and managers
  • Real-time dashboards for sales, expenses, and profitability
  • Order and sales monitoring
  • Notifications and alerts
  • Secure business-specific login

7.2 Excluded Features

This module does not include:

  • Full system configuration capabilities
  • Developer or administrator-level system setup
  • Marketplace vendor access

7.3 Intended Users

This module is intended for business owners and managers who require remote system visibility.

8. General Limitation Clause (IMPORTANT)

Each module provides standard functionality as described above. Advanced features, customizations, integrations, or marketplace capabilities are available as separate add-ons or custom projects and are subject to additional fees and separate agreements.

9. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime

Raqmia Technologies commits to providing the cloud system with a targeted annual uptime of 99%, excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or outages beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to issues related to hosting providers, internet service providers, or payment gateway providers.

The Company may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice; however, reasonable efforts will be made to notify customers in advance for planned maintenance.

The Company shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by third-party providers or improper use of the system by the Customer. 

10. Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

Raqmia Technologies shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or revenues

Loss of data caused by user errors or third parties

Business interruption or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any legal liabilities arising from the Customer’s use of the system or non-compliance with local laws and regulations

In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the subscription fees paid by the Customer during the last twelve (12) months.


11. Warranty Limitations

Raqmia Technologies does not warrant that the system will be error-free, suitable for all purposes, or compliant with all local laws and regulations unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract.

Warranties do not cover any customizations, add-ons, or integrations performed by third parties or requested by the Customer outside the standard service scope.
